First of all, let me tell you that you are not alone! I was very unhappy with my body for most of my teenage years and into my early twenties. I obsessed around food and it started to take over my life. I tried several diets, attempted to eliminate foods from my diet and generally had a very poor relationship with food. My insecurities and feelings of self-doubt took over my life and prevented me from exploring my love for food and cooking.  

I decided that the diet and deprivation cycle wasn’t getting me anywhere; I needed to completely change my mindset. I now feel content in my own skin and confident in my relationship with food. No food is off limits and I don’t punish myself after eating. I eat food that makes me feel good, energised and satisfied- whatever that may be!

Initial Consultation


We’ll discuss your current relationship with food & your body, any lifestyle struggles or anxiety you may have as well as take some time to understand why you have got to this point. Once I know a bit more about you we can then establish our goals for our time together. Perfect for those who are eager to make sustainable health and lifestyle changes but need some expert guidance.

After the consultation you will receive a bespoke programme with action steps, mindset tools, sustainable lifestyle changes, nutrition guidance, self-love encouragement and lots of yummy recipes!

Follow Up


A great way for us to keep the momentum going as well as make any adjustments to your programme in order to advance your treatment. We will discuss any obstacles that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. Ideal for those who require ongoing nutritional and lifestyle support.



Private consultations are offered on a one-to-one basis, either from my base in Kirdford, West Sussex, or in the comfort of your own home.
